Welcome to the Park at Woodland Oaks Owners Association website. The Park at Woodland Oaks Owners Association is a residential neighborhood consisting of 230 homes in Schertz, Texas. The current neighborhood association annual dues are $88.00.

The neighborhood park is owned and maintained by the City of Schertz. It has some beautiful, old oak trees to relax under, a gazebo, picnic tables, two basketball hoops, and a play area for the young children.

The subdivision is strategically situated in northeast San Antonio in between interstates I-35 and I-10, and is located a short 5-mile commute to Randolph Air Force Base and 22 miles to downtown San Antonio.
