- Per Meeting Room Policy In order to provide an opportunity for all to use the meeting rooms, usage will be limited to 12 times per calendar year per individual or group.
- Per Meeting room policy: Staff will only open the meeting room for a person listed as a contact on the application. No other representative of the group will be allowed to sign in and open the room. Likewise, a contact listed on the application must stay for the duration of the meeting to complete the sign-out process. All other group members who want to be let into the room will be asked to wait for a responsible party. We ask that you please arrange as necessary within your group to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you!
Follow these instructions for each meeting: Please visit the circulation desk and have your library card ready. Let a staff member know what organization you are with. The staff member will verify you are on application and scan your library card before letting you into the room. There will be a pre-meeting inspection of the room. You will need to sign the inspection form. After your meeting there will be a post-meeting inspection requiring your signature as well. Please be advised, all groups are responsible for their own set-up, break down, and clean-up within the time scheduled for usage. You are also responsible for any damages to the room, we thank you in advance for your cooperation. Meeting rooms and other library spaces must be left in their original condition—neat,clean, and undamaged. If the furniture is rearranged, it should be returned to the originalarrangement at the end of the meeting. Furniture and/or equipment from the main areaof the Library may not be brought into the meeting rooms. Excessive amounts of trashbeyond the capacity of trash receptacles provided in the meeting rooms must beremoved by the room user.
